After you sign up, you complete a confidential Emotional Intelligence assessment, a baseline you bring into your coaching conversations. It includes a 360 component: a small group of colleagues you choose anonymously rate how they experience your emotional intelligence. Your coaching draws on both how you see yourself and how others see you.
One hour every week for eight weeks, covering best-practice content on a core leadership topic, plus live discussion with peers facing the same challenges at other companies. Each session is recorded in case you miss one, and each module is followed by a short online quiz to check your understanding.
A relaxed 45-minute check-in each Friday for the length of the program. No slides, just your cohort and a coach, showing up for each other. Use it to go deeper on the topics and to talk through what you’re facing right now.
One hour each, roughly every two weeks, with an Integral Coach. Bring what’s active for you at work, what you’re wrestling with, and develop strategies you can use with your own team. Your EQ and 360 results inform the conversation.
The cohort is built for collaboration, sharing and support. Learning alongside people from other companies and organizations builds a network of support that lasts well beyond the program.
Awarded when you’ve passed the knowledge checks, completed your coaching sessions, and submitted your capstone project. It reflects real engagement, not just attendance. Each certificate comes with a public verification page and a LinkedIn link.
